Arturas Razinkovas associate profesor working for Coastal Research and Planning Institute (CORPI ) , Klaipeda University. He was born in 1961 Villnius Lithuania. He graduated from the Villnius University as a biologist in 1983 and has finished hic Ph.D. in water ecology and hydrobiology at the Bylorussian Academy of Scienc3s in 1990. Dr. Razinkoavs joined CSA (Centre of System Analysis ), Klaipeda University in 1991, where he became director in 1997.CSA reorganized later in 1998 into the Coastal Research and Planning Institute (CORPI) and Dr.Razinkovas was the director until 2008.
He is the Vice Director of CORPI since 2008. Dr. Razinkovas is lecturing at the Biology and Ecology departments, Klaipeda University since 1992. Teaching activities comprised lectures about limnology, GIS, Productivity of water systems. His main research interests are aquatic ecology with focus on coastal lagoons, system analysis and ecological modeling of aquatic ecosystems. He has numerous publications in journals and as book chapters on these topics.
